Sadie Loves the Swings!

This is last weekend at the playground in Cobble Hill.  Sadie sure does love to swing.

Best Pizza in Brooklyn!

This is about three weeks old, but still worth posting.  
Grandma Vicki was here and we all went out for the very best pizza in Brooklyn (possibly the world!).  Sadie loved it - although she insisted on standing for most of the meal, leaning in the corner like she was just grabbing a slice in some take-out place on her way home from a big night out.

First Haircut for the Wild One!

Sadie displayed new interest in the big wheel belonging to the boy upstairs the other day.  She is a regular Brando.

And then today we took her for her first haircut at the kiddie shoe store and barbershop around the corner.  She elected to sit on my lap rather than in the little police car chair.  It was lovely.

Afterwards, we took her new do for a test drive around the neighborhood.

Shake Shake Shake

We had lovely weather this past Saturday. We went to our little friend Gracelyn's first birthday party and took a long walk, visiting two different playgrounds. Here is Sadie dancing for her new bunny, which she got as a party favor and likes to keep in her stroller.

Big News

Also, yesterday was a big day here. In addition to counting more or less to 10, Sadie went to the potty like a big girl! She repeated this performance tonight. We are so proud of our grown up little girl.

Grandmapalooza

Sadie has had a lot if special time with her grandmas lately. Grandma India came to visit a couple weeks ago, and Grandma Vicki has been here for a whole month. It has been a treat to see her get so much love!
