The Kids Lately

Grandma India came down for a visit.

Frankie is eating some solid food! So far we've done bananas, pears, carrots, peas, oatmeal and avocado. Yum!

These two are big fans of each other.

Sawyer thinks she's pretty cute. Although this hug lasted .4 seconds before he was over it.

Frankie wore some purple overalls!

Sawyer went to a "touch-a-truck" event and sat in lots of trucks.

Sadie has been wanting to have a lemonade stand for a while. This was the day! Gabs came by to do a shift. Business was pretty good on account of the 5th ave street fair.

Palm Springs Day

We had a late flight out of palm springs, so after one last dip in the pool and packing up, we drove down (actually east) to the living desert, our favorite zoo.

We only had a couple hours before closing, so we made a list of must-sees. First up: giraffes!

They're sort of hiding behind the hill.

It was actually a very relaxing afternoon. Then we got some burgers and went to the airport. It was a great trip!!
