Sawyer is 8 Months!

He is definitely about to crawl. He can get from sitting onto all fours and then scooch backwards. I am remembering now how Sadie used to end up under pieces of furniture because she had crawled backwards.
I hope this impending milestone (and the two more teeth coming in) are the reason for the bad sleep lately!

Cousin Time!

Cousin Keren sent me a message last night saying she was coming in late from St. Louis and was going to miss her connection to Tel Aviv. She had a place to stay for the night already but wanted some cousin time today before her 11:50 pm flight tonight.
LUCKY US!!!
So we had a cousin over for dinner and Keren got to meet Sawyer. 
Sadie was pretty thrilled to discover that her cousin speaks Hebrew too.
And best of all, Victoria and I got to share dinner and hang out with Keren after the kids went to sleep. What a great unexpected treat!
