Sadie Visits Maine, Part 2

Here is Sadie with her Grandpa Bill, who took us out for lunch at Melby's and out for a tour of all the new projects going on at Mutiny Brook.

She was a very good traveler. She loved looking out the window at the airport and seeing all the luggage movers driving around and planes landing. During our (bumpy) takeoff as we headed home, she waved out the window and said "bye, Maine!"

Sadie Visits Maine, Part 1

Sadie and I went to Maine for a few days to visit. We mostly played at Grandma's house and went for drives, but one day Sadie got to meet a horse.
I had been telling her about Grandma India("enninah")'s new horse for a while, and she was getting pretty psyched about it and starting to associate the idea of horsey with Gamma's house. When the big day came, Sadie was a little tentative around Rosalind ("rosanin"), which is probably a sign of healthy respect for huge animals. She was more comfortable around Toby, the barn dog at the farm where Rosalind is boarding.

Brindon Visits

Our friend Brindon has been visiting from Santa Cruz, and Sadie has found a
new favorite person. Whenever we are out, she talks about going home to see
what "Binnin" is up to.

Almost Spring

We had a few glorious days there, but we had to bust out the down costs again this week. Sadie is taking it all in stride, and we even ventured to a different playground this morning when music class was cancelled for spring break.
